Ingredients
  

  • 2 C. Strawberries
  • 2 T. Chia Seeds
  • 2 T. Raw Honey

Instructions
 

  • Wash and stem the strawberries, put into a blender
  • blend in quick short burst, Add chia seeds and Honey, Blend again and enjoy
