Spinach Meatballs

Moist delicious Beef Meatballs with some added vegetable nutrition inside.

- 2 lb Ground Beef lean
- 1/2 Yellow Onion medium
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 C. Fresh Spinach
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C. Fresh Cilantro
- Black Pepper
Put Ground beef into bowl, add salt and pepper and eggs
Chop Spinach, Onion and Cilantro, add into the bowl.
Mix thoroughly. Roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet covered in tin foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
