Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Put warm water in a small bowl, mix in yeast and honey. Let sit for 10 to 15 min to activate yeast.
In another large mixing bowl, mix flours, xantham gum, salt. Mix.
Add rest of the ingredients including yeast mixture. Beat with an electric mixer.
Dough will be a thick pancake batter consistency. Divide into 2 greased bread loaf pans.
Cover with a damp cloth and let raise for 1 hour or double in size.
Bake for 40 mins at 400 degrees.
