Gluten-free Flour Mix

A wonderful mix! Remember to add 1 tsp. xanthan gum for every 1 c. of flour you use.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C. Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 C. Millet Flour
  • 1 C. Sorghum Flour
  • 1/4 C. Coconut Flour
  • 1 1/2 C. Tapioca Flour
  • 1 C. Potato Flour
  • 1 C. Flour of your Choice (Some Suggestions: White Rice, Garbanzo Bean, Almond, or more brown rice)
  • 1 tsp. Xanthan Gum should be added for every 1 C. of flour mix used.

Instructions
 

  • Mix together and put into an air tight container.
