Gluten-free Blueberry Muffins

Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free blueberry muffins!
- 1 C. Oatmeal Flour
- 1/2 C, Almond Flour
- 1/2 C. Flaxseed Ground
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 2 T. Almond Milk
- 1/4 C. Honey pure
- 2 T. Coconut Oil melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1. T. Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
- 1 C. Blueberries Fresh
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease or line muffin tins.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
Add all other ingredients except blueberries and mix well.
Add blueberries in last, fold into batter.
Using a large ice cream scoop fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 325 for 20 min.
