Gluten-free Blueberry Muffins

Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free blueberry muffins!
Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C. Oatmeal Flour
  • 1/2 C, Almond Flour
  • 1/2 C. Flaxseed Ground
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 T. Almond Milk
  • 1/4 C. Honey pure
  • 2 T. Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1. T. Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
  • 1 C. Blueberries Fresh

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease or line muffin tins.
  • Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
  • Add all other ingredients except blueberries and mix well.
  • Add blueberries in last, fold into batter.
  • Using a large ice cream scoop fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 325 for 20 min.
