German Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C. Gluten-free Flour blend
  • 1 C. Almond Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2. T. Butter

Instructions
 

  • Put butter into a 9X13 pan and put in the oven. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Pull all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
  • When butter in oven is melted, pull pan out and roll the butter around to coat the whole pan.
  • Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 15 min.
