German Pancake

Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free warm baked pancake.

- 1 C. Gluten-free Flour blend
- 1 C. Almond Milk
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2. T. Butter
Put butter into a 9X13 pan and put in the oven. Preheat oven to 350.
Pull all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
When butter in oven is melted, pull pan out and roll the butter around to coat the whole pan.
Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 15 min.
