Fish Tacos

Grilled Tilapia Fish with Tangy Coleslaw topped with chopped Cilantro wrapped in a Corn Tortilla

- 4 Fillets Tilapia
- 1/2 C. Cilantro chopped
- 1 T. Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Fish Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
Cole Slaw
- 3 C. Chopped Cabbage Or packaged Cole Slaw
- 1/2 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Juice of limes
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Place cabbage or Cole slaw in a bowl. Add yogurt, lime, and salt. Mix thoroughly and place in the fridge to chill.
Mix up the fish seasoning. Lay the fish out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle both sides of the fish.
Place fish on the hot grill and cook for 10 min. Turn over and grill the other side for approximately 10 min.
Heat a skillet with a little Olive Oil. Brown the tortilla on both sides.
Construct your taco with a little fish, some cole slaw and some chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
