Fish Tacos

Grilled Tilapia Fish with Tangy Coleslaw topped with chopped Cilantro wrapped in a Corn Tortilla

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Fillets Tilapia
  • 1/2 C. Cilantro chopped
  • 1 T. Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Fish Seasoning

  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika

Cole Slaw

  • 3 C. Chopped Cabbage Or packaged Cole Slaw
  • 1/2 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Juice of limes
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place cabbage or Cole slaw in a bowl. Add yogurt, lime, and salt. Mix thoroughly and place in the fridge to chill.
  • Mix up the fish seasoning. Lay the fish out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle both sides of the fish.
  • Place fish on the hot grill and cook for 10 min. Turn over and grill the other side for approximately 10 min.
  • Heat a skillet with a little Olive Oil. Brown the tortilla on both sides.
  • Construct your taco with a little fish, some cole slaw and some chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
