Crepes

A gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free delicious thin crepe.

- 2 eggs Large
- 1 tsp. coconut oil melted
- 1 T. Water
- 1/4 C. arrowroot flour
- 1 tsp. coconut flour
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Crack the eggs and whisk in the oil and the water and vanilla
Add rest of ingredients and whisk well into a smooth batter.
Pour in enough to barely cover the bottom of the pan. Roll batter around pan to form a thin layer. Edges will start to curl up.
Flip over and cook other side. Fill with toppings, roll up and ENJOY!
