Crepes

A gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free delicious thin crepe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs Large
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil melted
  • 1 T. Water
  • 1/4 C. arrowroot flour
  • 1 tsp. coconut flour
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs and whisk in the oil and the water and vanilla
  • Add rest of ingredients and whisk well into a smooth batter.
  • Pour in enough to barely cover the bottom of the pan. Roll batter around pan to form a thin layer. Edges will start to curl up.
  • Flip over and cook other side. Fill with toppings, roll up and ENJOY!
