Cooked Chunky Cranberry Sauce

What would your holiday meal be without cranberry sauce! An easy, wonderful, tasty, sugar-free recipe.

- 1 12 oz pkg Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 C. Fresh chopped pineapple
- 1 T. Orange zest
- Juice from an Orange
- 1 Apple, peeled, cored and chopped sweet
- 1/2 C. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Add all ingredients but the cinnamon and allspice into a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 min or until cranberries start to pop and get tender.
Use a metal potato masher or a fork and smash up the cranberries. Add the spices and simmer for another 10 mins stirring occasionally. Remove from heat to thicken. Enjoy!
