Black Bean Salsa

A wonderful dip for Tortilla Chips, or a topping for taco or quesadillas!
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
Course Appetizer, Side Dish
- 2 Avocados, Diced Ripe
- 2 med Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Can Whole Corn, Drained
- 1 Can Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed OR 2 C. cooked black beans
- 1 Juice of a Lime
- 1/2 C. Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 C. Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt, Or to taste
Dice Avocado and tomatoes into small pieces.
Put in all the ingredients and carefully stir together.
Serve with Tortilla chips to dip with. Can be used as a salsa for tacos or quesadillas. Enjoy!
