Black Bean Salsa

A wonderful dip for Tortilla Chips, or a topping for taco or quesadillas!
Prep Time 15 minutes
Course Appetizer, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados, Diced Ripe
  • 2 med Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 Can Whole Corn, Drained
  • 1 Can Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed OR 2 C. cooked black beans
  • 1 Juice of a Lime
  • 1/2 C. Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 C. Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt, Or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dice Avocado and tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Put in all the ingredients and carefully stir together.
  • Serve with Tortilla chips to dip with. Can be used as a salsa for tacos or quesadillas. Enjoy!
