Bat Meatballs

Make a healthy nutritious spooky meatball that looks like a bat for your Halloween main dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Ground Beef lean
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion medium
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 2 C. Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 C. Fresh Cilantro
  • Black Pepper
  • Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  • green olives

Instructions
 

  • Put Ground beef into bowl, add salt and pepper and eggs
  • Chop Spinach, Onion and Cilantro, add into the bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly. Roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet covered in tin foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.

To make Bat

  • Carefully stick 2 tortilla Chips into the side of the meatball for wings.
  • Slice a green olive, Dip a slice into ketchup and stick onto the meatball for eyes.
