Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free healthy snack with peanuts.
Honey…so good. Honey is very good for you and has a lot of health benefits. You will notice that honey really ranges in price greatly. You actually get a lot of great things from raw honey but its really expensive. So don’t use raw honey if you are going to heat it up or cook it in any way. Processing honey kills the healthy enzymes, so what’s the point. I use a good Organic pure honey, but careful when you purchase honey that says pure in the grocery store…always read the label to make sure the ONLY ingredient listed is Honey. Now I do use, RAW honey but just not in cooking.
Try substituting mixed nuts instead of just peanuts. So Yummy! This has a wonderful toasted caramel flavor. It really does taste a lot like cracker jacks. It doesn’t last long. Make sure to store any left overs in an air tight container.
