Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free blueberry muffins!

Gluten-free Blueberry Muffins
Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free blueberry muffins!
Ingredients
- 1 C. Oatmeal Flour
- 1/2 C, Almond Flour
- 1/2 C. Flaxseed Ground
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 2 T. Almond Milk
- 1/4 C. Honey pure
- 2 T. Coconut Oil melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1. T. Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
- 1 C. Blueberries Fresh
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease or line muffin tins.
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
- Add all other ingredients except blueberries and mix well.
- Add blueberries in last, fold into batter.
- Using a large ice cream scoop fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
- Bake at 325 for 20 min.
