Gluten-free flour….oh I could go on and on. I will just say, I have found it is best to make my own blend. Here is my recipe that I use….Gluten-free flour mix.
This is one of the best recipes for gluten-free flour I have found…Most people can’t even tell the difference and that is saying a lot!
Let’s talk toppings! I love putting a cut up fresh peach with a little pure maple syrup. Fresh fruits is always great, sliced strawberries, blueberries, black berries, sliced bananas, or raspberries. I also have a really good strawberry chia seed jam and a blueberry sauce in my breakfast recipes that is really good.
German Pancake
Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free warm baked pancake.
Ingredients
- 1 C. Gluten-free Flour blend
- 1 C. Almond Milk
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2. T. Butter
Instructions
- Put butter into a 9X13 pan and put in the oven. Preheat oven to 350.
- Pull all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
- When butter in oven is melted, pull pan out and roll the butter around to coat the whole pan.
- Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 15 min.
