A wonderful summer soup, chilled with a little kick!
Is there anything better than a fresh peach picked to ripeness perfection. I grew up in a small town where we had a lot of peach orchards. They even have a weekend festival called Peach Days….small town fun!
We had an orchard of a lot of peach trees. I remember spending days and days and days picking all the peaches from the trees. And then spending days and days and day canning all the peaches. I still LOVE the smell of a fresh peach. We would climb the tree, find the perfect peach and sit and eat it, with the juices running down your arm…SO GOOD! Ok, back to the recipe. Its simple, its yummy, and easy! Make it, try it, and enjoy!!!
