Make a spooky healthy nutritious meatball that looks like a bat for your Halloween
Use your hands to mix up the ground beef mixture. It is the easiest way, trust me.


Roll them into balls, sorry, I can’t tell you how many “bats” this makes because usually I make “spiders” and smaller meatballs to put into the freezer for a future meals. Frozen meatballs are so good to grab out of the freezer, microwave and eat with leftover vegetables. I always have them on hand.


Bat Meatballs
Make a healthy nutritious spooky meatball that looks like a bat for your Halloween main dish!
Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef lean
- 1/2 Yellow Onion medium
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 C. Fresh Spinach
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C. Fresh Cilantro
- Black Pepper
- Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
- green olives
Instructions
- Put Ground beef into bowl, add salt and pepper and eggs
- Chop Spinach, Onion and Cilantro, add into the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly. Roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet covered in tin foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
To make Bat
- Carefully stick 2 tortilla Chips into the side of the meatball for wings.
- Slice a green olive, Dip a slice into ketchup and stick onto the meatball for eyes.
