Bat Meatballs

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Make a spooky healthy nutritious meatball that looks like a bat for your Halloween

Use your hands to mix up the ground beef mixture. It is the easiest way, trust me.

Roll them into balls, sorry, I can’t tell you how many “bats” this makes because usually I make “spiders” and smaller meatballs to put into the freezer for a future meals. Frozen meatballs are so good to grab out of the freezer, microwave and eat with leftover vegetables. I always have them on hand.
