Light crunchy delicious waffle that is sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free.
I played around for a long time trying to develop a really good waffle recipe. I finally perfected it. I love these waffles. My older son, whenever he comes home, always asks me to make the crunchy waffles, and he doesn’t even care they are healthy!
The weird thing about this recipe is that this batter doesn’t make good pancakes. I know, so strange! Try topping them with my strawberry chia seed jam, blueberry sauce, or pure maple syrup…so yummy!
Yummy Waffles
Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free Yummy Waffle
Equipment
- Waffle Iron
Ingredients
- 1 C. Almond Flour
- 1 C. Tapioca Flour
- 2 T. Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C. Coconut Oil Melted
- 1 C. Almond Milk Or Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- Heat up your waffle iron.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the coconut oil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together
- Cook your waffles, They take a little longer to cook than a normal waffle.
