Delicious Side dish with a garlicy kick!
I usually have to cut off at least 1 inch off the end of the Asparagus. I usually try to buy skinny Asparagus, it seems to be more tender than big fat ones.
There is so many health benefits to eating fresh garlic. I think it tastes amazing! I love garlic for the taste but did you know that fresh garlic can boot your immune system, reduces blood pressure, lowers bad cholesterol levels, promotes longevity. Those are just to list a few!
Roasted Garlic Asparagus
A yummy dark green vegetable side dish with a garlicky kick!
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Wash and cut off the end of the asparagus. Lay out on a cookie sheet
- Mix Sea Salt, Olive Oil and the minced garlic together and pour over the asparagus
- Toss the asparagus until all are coated in the oil mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven, or until tender. Enjoy!
