These were so fun to make and they were a huge hit at the Halloween Party! One tip I would say is put your coconut into a zip lock bag and then add the food coloring. Then you can mush it around to get it all coated. WAY easier than trying to stir it in a bowl.

Another idea is to do Green Monster feet. Just use White chocolate dyed green, dye your Coconut Green and there you go. I think even blue would be fun, like Sully Monster from Monster’s Inc.

Nutty Butter Cookies transform into Monster Feet
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Nutter Butter Cookies
- Chocolate Melted
- Shredded Coconut
- whole cashews
- Brown Food Coloring
Instructions
- Put shredded coconut into a bowl and add brown food coloring, Mix together to dye the coconut.
- Melt your chocolate into a double boiler
- Dip Nutter Butter Cookie in the chocolate, Place onto parchment paper.
- Press Coconut into the chocolate on top the cookie.
- Dip the end of a whole cashew into chocolate and press it up to the cookie. Put 3 cashews on for the claws.
