M&M Cookies

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

The dough is perfect for mixing in M&M’s! Soft yummy gooey perfect chocolate chip cookie with added M&M’s of course!

Usually I avoid white processed sugar like the plaque but, you know, everyone needs a warm yummy chocolate chip cookie every once in awhile.

I use coconut sugar in this recipe, mostly because I love coconut sugar. Coconut sugar is so easy to replace for brown sugar in almost every recipe. You don’t need to adjust the ratios: 1 C. brown sugar just replace with 1 C. coconut sugar for example. Why not! when coconut sugar is so much more healthy for you.

You can add the whole bag of M&M’s, or do what I do…Use half a bag of M&M’s and half a bag of chocolate chips. If you want beautiful looking cookies, keep out some M&M’s and push into top of the dough right before you pop into the oven.
