Crunchy Fresh Dill Salad

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Cabbage, cucumber, and radishes with a delicious fresh dill dressing.

This is an easy fresh wonderful salad. You can peel the cucumber first but you get a lot of nutrients from the dark green skins so I leave them on but its totally up to you.

Pull the stems out of the dill. I roll up into a tight roll and then begin chopping from the end. Fresh dill is so yummy and adds a ton of flavor to the salad.

Warning…this salad makes a big salad and it really doesn’t last long. Usually only one day in the fridge. . but oh, its yummy. I usually half the recipe and make it 2 times in the week.
