Ok, so my favorite dressing at a restaurant is Costa Vista’s Cilantro Lime Dressing! I had to try and recreate it. It is a little thick, but it all depends on your avocado. But just to tell you, I’m getting over weird textures…LOL. If it turns out too thick, just add some more water. This is a delicious salad dressing, and SO EASY…Give it a try!
A good healthy salad dressing is hard to find. Store bought salad dressing are expensive and rarely are healthy. Give this dressing a try!
This also makes really good dip for Veggies or Tortilla chips. Just add less water to make it thicker.
Cilantro Lime Dressing

- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 large Ripe Avocado
- 1 handful Cilantro
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1/4 C. Water
- 1 Juice from a Lime
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- You can add more water if you want it thinner.
