This is such a simple fun quick dessert to make and its REALLY GOOD FOR YOU. In fact, Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet. Did you know that Chia Seeds have more omega3’s than salmon gram for gram…That’s crazy! Chia Seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories., they are loaded with antoxidants, high in fiber, they contain a decent amount of protein. Needless to say, its good stuff!
So the thing about this recipe is the texture is very different. It takes a bit of getting use to. Jump in and see how you like it and remember how good chia seeds are for you! LOL! Worth it!
Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Short Description
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Almond Milk unsweetened
- 2 T. Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 T. Cocoa Powder
- 3 T. Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in and mix thoroughly. Takes a little time to mix in cocoa powder, but it will.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
