10 Percent
No one can white knuckle a diet 100 percent of the time. I believe in a 90/10 split. 90 cent of the time I eat my version of healthy, 10 percent of the time, I step off the diet a little for a guilt-free reward! 10 percent can be eating out, family meals, holiday meals or amazing "Not so healthy" recipes. Just because I can cook healthy doesn't mean I can't cook some delicious occasional meals I call a 10 percent meal.
