Sugar-Free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free yummy substitute ice cream treat.
I always put my ripe bananas into the freezer. I peel them, cut them up, place them into a freezer bag and into the freezer they go. It is so handy to have already frozen bananas available to make lots of things like smoothies or this sweet treat.
Butter Pecan is my favorite type of ice cream and I think its the best flavor for banana “ice cream”. Give it a try!
Butter Pecan Banana “Ice cream”
Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free creamy Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 Bananas Frozen
- 1/4 C. Almond Milk unsweetened
- 1/4 C. Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 C. Pecans chopped
Instructions
- Put all ingredients but the pecans in food processor, mix until creamy
- Transfer into a tupper ware and stir in the pecans
- Place in freezer and freeze for 2 hours
