Delicious blueberry sauce sweetened with all natural coconut sugar, great for pancakes, waffles or ice cream!
I like to leave a few blueberries whole. Chunky sauce is so yummy!


Put this sauce on crepes, or my yummy waffles, or my 5 grain pancakes or Oatmeal Apple Pancakes.



Blueberry Sauce
Delicious blueberry sauce sweetened with all natural coconut sugar great for pancakes, waffles or ice cream!
Ingredients
- 1 C. Blueberries Fresh
- 1 T. Water
- 2 T. Coconut Sugar
Instructions
- Wash blueberries and put into a saucepan. Add the water and bring to a boil.
- Cook blueberries for a few minutes to soften a bit. Smash with a fork or a metal potato masher.
- Boil for 2 min. stirring occasionally. Stir in coconut sugar and continue to cook until thick.
