A Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Dairy-free delicious Chocolatey Gooey Brownie!
These brownies are so delicious. I just put all the ingredients into my food processor and mix! So easy! I put nuts in mine…either walnuts or pecans.
Every time I make these my husband takes a bite and says all surprised, “Are these healthy?” I say, “Yes!” Then he says, “So can I eat them for breakfast?” I always say, “Yep, go for it!” We have had that conversation many times…haha. In fact, black beans are really healthy for you. Read about some of the health benefits in my Black Bean Salsa recipe. I hope you enjoy them as much as my husband does.
I buy raw black beans and cook them in a pressure cooker. I just feel like they are fresher and healthier than canned black beans. But canned black beans work too! If you cook them in a pressure cooker, make a lot and then you can divide them in 2 cup freezer bags and freeze. Then you always have some when your ready to make brownies.
